1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MAKING A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. Promotion period begins at 12:00am PT on April 6th, 2010 and ends at 11:59pm PT on October 5th, 2010.
3. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
4. To become eligible for the sweepstakes drawing(s) entrants must complete the following two steps:
   1. Download Billeo, and
   2. Register for the sweepstakes drawing by opening a Billeo account and providing certain registration information including entrant's name, address, email address and date of birth. The Billeo account registration page is automatically served after you download the browser app.
5. There will be two (2) entry periods of 3 months each during the promotion period and the drawing will take place once the Apple iPad is officially available for shipping.
