1. Where can I see a list of my passwords? How can I edit them?

   You can access your passwords as follows:

   1. Click on the Passwords button of the toolbar.
   2. Select Manage Passwords.
   3. Re-enter your Billeo password if required.
   4. You can see all your saved passwords organized by the domain name.
   5. Select a 'Web Domain' to see all of the related saved passwords.
   6. Select a 'Password Name' to view the name and password.
   1. To view a password, click on the password field and asterisks (*) will be replaced by the actual password.
   • (We do this so that if there is a person standing next to you, the person cannot read your password until you click on the password field.)
   2. To change a password, click on the password field and make your changes directly. Your change will be saved once you move away from that field.
   3. To delete any password, select the 'Password Name' and click on the delete button - a small orange button with the picture of a trash can. If there is only one password for the domain then the domain will also be removed.

   Note: You can go directly to any of your Billeo enabled websites from the Password Menu in the Billeo Toolbar.

   Once you are signed in to the Billeo Toolbar, select

   If you saved the wrong password and want to modify it, follow the above steps and click on the asterisks (*). Changed the password to the new password and the change will be saved automatically.

3. How does Billeo make money?

   Our core product for consumers is free. The Billeo product includes our Bill Pay Assistant, Shopping Assistant and Password Assistant. We make money by displaying ads on our site and also creating customized versions of our products for financial institutions.

4. How do I install the Billeo Toolbar

   You can download the Billeo Toolbar by clicking on the download button on the Billeo home page and following the instructions in the set up wizard.

5. I would like to print a hard copy of my saved passwords, how do I do this?

   This option is currently not available, but you can view and edit individual passwords from the password tab in the eWallet (see question 2 above).

6. How can Billeo help me manage my passwords?

   Billeo allows you to forget your passwords as it remembers all of them for you. Now you can easily create complex, secure passwords and not worry about remembering each one of them. Billeo remembers and Auto-Fills your username and passwords for various sites that you save. You just have to remember your Billeo username and password and let the Password Assistant take care of the rest. The passwords are stored in an encrypted format on your own PC in the Billeo Vault.

7. Can I manually insert my passwords and logins for various sites?

   In order to capture all of the information necessary to automatically log you into a website Billeo needs to save the information from the login page. When you are logged into the Billeo Toolbar, log into the website and you will be prompted to save the username and password. The next time you access this website, your log in information will be filled in automatically.

9. Where are my passwords stored?

   All your passwords are stored on your on PC in your encrypted vault. They are encrypted using industry standard 128 Bit AES encryption. We do not have any access to them. You can view the location of your vault by following these quick steps:

   1. Click Billeo from the toolbar.
   2. Select Sign In.
   3. Click on the Options button.
10. How can I turn on or off the save and auto-fill password assistant feature for certain websites?

    To disable the Billeo Password Assistant for a particular website, simply click Cancel - Never for this site when prompted to save the password. From that point on, Billeo will not prompt you to save a password on that website.v

    To re-enable/unblock the Billeo Password Assistant for a particular website, use the following steps:

    1. Click on Passwords button from the toolbar.
    2. Select Manage Password from the drop down menu.
    3. You may have to enter your Billeo password depending on your settings.
    4. You can see all your saved passwords organized by the domain name.
    5. Select the domain that you want to unblock, it will have a small block symbol on the right.
    6. Click on Unblock
